E fraim foi ferido, secou-se a sua raiz; eles não darão fruto; sim, ainda que gerem, eu matarei os frutos desejáveis do seu ventre.

Ephraim is smitten: their root is dried up, they shall bear no fruit; yea, though they should bring forth, yet will I slay the beloved of their womb.
