N ão te alegres, ó Israel, não exultes como os povos; pois te prostituíste, apartando-te do teu Deus; amaste a paga de meretriz sobre todas as eiras de trigo.

Rejoice not, O Israel, for joy, like the peoples; for thou hast played the harlot, departing from thy God; thou hast loved hire upon every grain-floor.
