m ais humilde se fará do que os outros reinos, e nunca mais se exalçará sobre as nações; e eu os diminuirei, para que não mais dominem sobre as nações.

It shall be the basest of the kingdoms; neither shall it exalt itself any more above the nations: for I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the nations.
