E ntão todos os príncipes mandaram Jeúdi, filho de Netanias, filho Selemias, filho de Cuche, a Baruque, para lhe dizer: O rolo que leste aos ouvidos do povo, toma-o na tua mão, e vem. E Banique, filho de Nerias, tomou o rolo na sua mão, e foi ter com eles.

And all the princes sent Jehudi the son of Nethaniah, the son of Shelemiah, the son of Cushi, unto Baruch, saying, Take in thy hand the roll in which thou hast read in the ears of the people, and come. And Baruch the son of Nerijah took the roll in his hand, and came unto them.
