N o princípio do reinado de Zedequias, filho de Josias, rei de Judá, veio esta palavra a Jeremias da parte do Senhor, dizendo:

In the beginning of the rule of Zedekiah the son of Josiah, king of Judah, this word came to Jeremiah from the Lord.
