P or que, ó Senhor, nos fazes errar dos teus caminhos? Por que endureces o nosso coração, para te não temermos? Faze voltar, por amor dos teus servos, as tribos da tua herança.

O Lord, why hast thou made us to err from thy ways, and hardened our heart from thy fear? Return for thy servants’ sake, the tribes of thine inheritance.
