Isaías 59:9 ~ Isaiah 59:9

P elo que a justiça está longe de nós, e a retidão não nos alcança; esperamos pela luz, e eis que só há trevas; pelo resplendor, mas andamos em escuridão.

Therefore are justice and right far from us, and righteousness and salvation do not overtake us. We expectantly wait for light, but see darkness; for brightness, but we walk in obscurity and gloom.
