C omo a mulher grávida, quando está próxima a sua hora, tem dores de parto e dá gritos nas suas dores, assim fomos nós diante de ti, ó Senhor!

Like as a woman with child, that draweth near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and crieth out in her pangs; so have we been in thy sight, O Lord.
