E ntão eles ainda falaram: O Deus dos hebreus nos encontrou; portanto deixa-nos, pedimos-te, ir caminho de três dias ao deserto, e oferecer sacrifícios ao Senhor nosso Deus, para que ele não venha sobre nós com pestilência ou com espada.

Then they said, “ The God of the Hebrews has met with us. Please, let us go a three days’ journey into the wilderness that we may sacrifice to the Lord our God, otherwise He will fall upon us with pestilence or with the sword.”
