S eu pai lhes dera grandes dádivas, em prata, em ouro e em objetos preciosos, juntamente com cidades fortes em Judá; mas o reino deu a Jeorão, porque ele era o primogênito.

Their father gave them many gifts of silver, gold and precious things, with fortified cities in Judah, but he gave the kingdom to Jehoram because he was the firstborn.
