E ntão Semaías, o profeta, fei ter com Roboão e com os príncipes de Judá que se tinham ajuntado em Jerusalém por causa de Sisaque, e disse-lhes: Assim diz o Senhor: Vós me deixastes a mim, pelo que eu também vos deixei na mão de Sisaque.

Then came Shemaiah the prophet to Rehoboam, and to the princes of Judah, that were gathered together to Jerusalem because of Shishak, and said unto them, Thus saith the Lord, Ye have forsaken me, and therefore have I also left you in the hand of Shishak.
