Q uando Eliseu ainda estava falando com eles, eis que o mensageiro desceu a ele; e disse: Eis que este mal vem do Senhor; por que, pois, esperaria eu mais pelo Senhor ?

While he was still talking with them, the king came down to him and said, “See, this trouble is from the Lord. Why should I wait for the Lord any longer?”
