E ntão disse Joabe ao rei: Ora, multiplique o Senhor teu Deus a este povo cem vezes tanto quanto agora é, e os olhos do rei meu senhor o vejam. Mas por que tem prazer nisto o rei meu senhor;

And Joab said to the king, May the Lord your God add a hundred times as many people as there are, and let the eyes of my lord the king see it; but why does my lord the king delight in this thing?
