E ntão disseram uns aos outros: Nós, na verdade, somos culpados no tocante a nosso irmão, porquanto vimos a angústia da sua alma, quando nos rogava, e não o quisemos atender; é por isso que vem sobre nós esta angústia.

Then they said to one another, “ Truly we are guilty concerning our brother, because we saw the distress of his soul when he pleaded with us, yet we would not listen; therefore this distress has come upon us.”
