E ntão disse o Senhor a Abrão: Sabe com certeza que a tua descendência será peregrina em terra alheia, e será reduzida ã escravidão, e será afligida por quatrocentos anos;

And he said to Abram, Know assuredly that thy seed will be a sojourner in a land not theirs, and they shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years.
