E ntão veio um que escapara, e o contou a Abrão, o hebreu. Ora, este habitava junto dos carvalhos de Manre, o amorreu, irmão de Escol e de Aner; estes eram aliados de Abrão.

Then one who had escaped came and told Abram the Hebrew, who was living by the oaks or terebinths of Mamre the Amorite, a brother of Eshcol and of Aner—these were allies of Abram.
