W ho gave Jacob as plunder, and Israel to the robbers? Didn’t Yahweh, he against whom we have sinned? For they would not walk in his ways, and they disobeyed his law.

Cine l-a dat pe Iacov pradă tâlharilor şi pe Israel pe mâna jefuitorilor? Oare nu Domnul, împotriva Căruia am păcătuit? Ei n-au vrut să umble pe căile Lui, nici să se supună Legii Lui.
