A cum, aşa vorbeşte Domnul, Dumnezeul Oştirilor, Dumnezeul lui Israel: «De ce vă faceţi singuri un rău aşa de mare, nimicind astfel din mijlocul lui Iuda bărbaţi, femei, copii şi prunci, şi rămânând fără nici o rămăşiţă?

Therefore now thus says the Lord God of hosts, the God of Israel: Why do you commit this great evil against yourselves that will cut off from you man and woman, infant and weaned child, out of Judah, to leave yourselves with none remaining?
