Jeremiah 20:10 ~ Ieremia 20:10

F or I have heard many speaking in secret, saying, “Fear and trouble is on every side! Speak against him! Yes, let us speak against him!” All my trusted friends, watching for my fall, say, “It may be that he will be fooled. Then we can get power over him and punish him.”

Căci aud şuşoteala multora, «Teroare din toate părţile! Învinuiţi-l! Haideţi să-l învinuim!» Toţi cei ce trăiau în pace cu mine pândesc acum să vadă dacă mă clatin şi zic: «Poate că se va lăsa convins; ne vom impune asupra lui şi ne vom răzbuna pe el!»
