y enviaron a sacar a Jeremías del patio de la guardia y lo pusieron al cuidado de Gedalías, hijo de Ahicam, hijo de Safán, para que lo llevara a casa. Y Jeremías se quedó en medio del pueblo.

Sent and took Jeremiah out of the court of the guard and entrusted him to Gedaliah son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, that he should take him home. So Jeremiah was released and dwelt among the people.
