I t came about when Ahab heard these words, that he tore his clothes and put on sackcloth and fasted, and he lay in sackcloth and went about despondently.

Da aber Ahab solche Worte hörte, zerriß er seine Kleider und legte einen Sack an seinen Leib und fastete und schlief im Sack und ging jämmerlich einher.
