K o tana ture ano tenei, kia whakapono tatou ki te ingoa o tana Tama, o Ihu Karaiti, kia aroha ano tetahi ki tetahi, kia rite ano ki te ture i homai e ia ki a tatou.

And this is his commandment, that we believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and that we love one another, even as he has given us commandment.
