C osì Israele abitò nel paese d'Egitto, nel paese di Goscen; là essi ebbero dei possedimenti, furono fruttiferi e si moltiplicarono grandemente.

¶ Thus Israel dwelt in the land of Egypt, in the land of Goshen; and they had possessions therein and grew and multiplied exceedingly.
