F or, said Hushai, thou knowest thy father and his men, that they be mighty men, and they be chafed in their minds, as a bear robbed of her whelps in the field: and thy father is a man of war, and will not lodge with the people.

Und Husai sprach weiter: Du kennst deinen Vater wohl und seine Leute, daß sie stark sind und zornigen Gemüts wie ein Bär auf dem Felde, dem die Jungen geraubt sind; dazu ist dein Vater ein Kriegsmann und wird sich nicht säumen mit dem Volk.
