S o David took the spear and the cruse of water that were at Saul’s head, and they went, and no one saw it nor knew it neither awaked, for they were all asleep because a deep sleep from the LORD had fallen upon them.

Tomó, pues, David la lanza y la vasija de agua de junto a la cabecera de Saúl, y se fueron. Pero nadie lo vio ni lo supo, tampoco nadie se despertó, pues todos estaban dormidos, ya que un sueño profundo de parte del Señor había caído sobre ellos.
