ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ 22:15 ~ Exodus 22:15

ل َكِنْ إنْ كانَ مالِكُهُ مَعَهُ، لا يُعَوِّضُهُ بِشَيءٍ. وَإنْ كانَ الشَّيءُ أوِ الحَيوانُ مُستَأجَراً، فَالخَسارَةُ تُغَطَّى بِأُجرَةِ الاستِئجارِ.

But if the owner is with it, the borrower shall not make it good. If it is a hired thing, the damage is included in its hire.
