T his is the counsel which is purposed concerning the whole earth; and this is the hand which is stretched out upon all the nations.

هَذِا هُوَ الحُكمُ الَّذِي أُعِدَّ لَكُلِّ الأرْضِ. هَذِهِ هِيَ اليَدُ المَرفُوعَةُ لِمُعاقَبَةِ كُلِّ الأُمَمِ.»
