A nd Hazael said, Why does my lord weep? And he said, Because I know the evil that thou wilt do to the children of Israel: their strongholds wilt thou set on fire, and their young men wilt thou kill with the sword, and wilt dash in pieces their children, and rip up their women with child.

Entonces le dijo Hazael: ¿Por qué llora mi señor? Y él respondió: Porque sé el mal que has de hacer a los hijos de Israel; a sus fortalezas pegarás fuego, y a sus jóvenes matarás a espada, y estrellarás a sus niños, y abrirás a sus preñadas.
