J ehoiakim was twenty-five years old when he began to reign; and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem; and his mother's name was Zebuddah, daughter of Pedaiah of Rumah.

كانَ يَهُوياقِيمُ فِي الخامِسَةِ وَالعِشْرِينَ مِنْ عُمْرِهِ عِنْدَما تَوَلَّى الحُكْمَ. وَحَكَمَ إحدَى عَشْرَة سَنَةً فِي القُدْسِ. وَأُمُّهُ زَبِيدَةُ بِنْتُ فِدايةَ مِنْ رُومَةَ.
