在 水 中 立 楼 阁 的 栋 梁 ， 用 云 彩 为 车 辇 ， 藉 着 风 的 翅 膀 而 行 ，

He lays the beams of his rooms in the waters. He makes the clouds his chariot. He walks on the wings of the wind.
