D avid invited him, and he ate with him and drank, so that he made him drunk; but that night he went out to lie on his bed with the servants of his lord and did not go down to his house.

Und David lud ihn, daß er vor ihm aß und trank, und machte ihn trunken. Aber des Abends ging er aus, daß er sich schlafen legte auf sein Lager mit seines Herrn Knechten, und ging nicht hinab in sein Haus.
