T he men were afraid because they were brought to Joseph’s house; and they said, We are brought in because of the money that was returned in our sacks the first time we came, so that he may find occasion to accuse and assail us, take us for slaves, and seize our donkeys.

Ma essi ebbero paura, perché erano condotti in casa di Giuseppe, e dissero: «Siamo condotti qui a motivo di quel denaro che ci fu rimesso nei sacchi la prima volta, per trovare un'occasione contro di noi, piombarci addosso e prenderci come schiavi coi nostri asini».
